SkillFans Policy

Content Policy

Rules for AI virtual creator profiles, uploads, captions, metadata, locked content, reports, and enforcement on SkillFans.

Last updated: April 21, 2026

1. Scope

This Content Policy applies to all content and metadata submitted to, displayed on, stored by, reviewed through, or delivered by SkillFans, including creator profiles, creator applications, images, videos, captions, titles, tags, file names, thumbnails, preview cards, locked assets, reports, admin review notes, and safety evidence.

This Policy applies whether content is public, private, draft, pending review, locked, approved, rejected, removed, or stored for audit, safety, or legal purposes.

2. AI-only V0 content standard

SkillFans V0 is designed for AI virtual creator content. Creator profiles and assets must be synthetic, virtual, AI-generated, AI-assisted, or otherwise clearly presented as AI virtual creator material.

SkillFans V0 is not a full human creator platform. Do not submit real-person sexual content, real-person adult performer content, or content that requires identity verification, model releases, 2257-style records, or comparable human adult-industry compliance unless SkillFans separately launches and documents that program.

3. Required AI transparency

AI virtual creators and AI-generated or AI-assisted assets must be clearly labeled. Labels must be accurate, visible, and consistent across creator profiles, asset metadata, previews, locked content descriptions, and related product surfaces.

You may not remove, hide, obscure, contradict, or undermine required AI labels. You may not suggest that an AI virtual creator is a real person, a specific public figure, a private person, or a person who consented to participate unless that statement is true and authorized.

4. Prohibited minor-related content

SkillFans has zero tolerance for minor-related sexual content or exploitation. The following are prohibited:

  • Content involving, depicting, describing, requesting, simulating, promoting, or sexualizing minors or anyone under 18.
  • Content that appears age-ambiguous, youth-coded, school-age, childlike, teen-coded, or designed to make an adult character appear underage in a sexual context.
  • Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, solicitation, or any attempt to obtain, exchange, or promote sexual content involving minors.
  • Captions, tags, titles, prompts, comments, reports, or metadata that sexualize youth, reference minors in sexual contexts, or attempt to evade minor-safety controls.

5. Prohibited non-consensual and exploitative content

SkillFans prohibits content, requests, metadata, or behavior involving:

  • Non-consensual sexual content, revenge sexual content, hidden-camera content, leaked private media, coerced content, threats, blackmail, extortion, or sexual exploitation.
  • Sexual deepfakes or synthetic sexual depictions of a real person without that person's consent.
  • Impersonation or misleading use of a real person's name, likeness, voice, identity, biography, brand, or persona in a sexual, intimate, or deceptive context.
  • Sexual violence, forced activity, trafficking, incapacitation, intoxication-based exploitation, self-harm sexualization, or content that promotes real-world harm.

6. Prohibited illegal, abusive, and infringing content

SkillFans also prohibits:

  • Copyright infringement, trademark infringement, stolen media, pirated content, unauthorized screenshots, leaked paid content, or content copied from another creator without permission.
  • Doxxing, private personal information, threats, harassment, hate content, extremist praise, scams, malware, phishing, spam, or instructions to evade law enforcement or platform safety systems.
  • Attempts to bypass review, disguise prohibited content, mislabel assets, manipulate file metadata, hide content behind locked delivery, or use external links to route users to prohibited material.
  • Content that violates applicable law, provider rules, payment or storage provider policies, or any other SkillFans policy.

7. Rights, provenance, and AI workflow requirements

Uploaders must have the rights and permissions needed for every submitted profile, asset, caption, tag, thumbnail, and metadata field. You must be able to explain the origin of submitted material and the AI workflow at a practical level if reviewers request it.

For AI-generated work, you must not intentionally copy, clone, imitate, or sexualize a real person without authorization. You must not use prompts, reference images, LoRA models, datasets, or post-production workflows in a way that creates an unauthorized sexual depiction of an identifiable person.

SkillFans may request additional rights, provenance, AI workflow, or consent information before approving or restoring content.

8. Upload review statuses

Submitted content may move through one or more review states.

Draft
The creator or uploader can edit the asset or metadata before submission.
Pending review
The asset or creator application is waiting for operator review.
Changes requested
Reviewers require edits, clarification, rights information, AI labeling, or safety changes before approval.
Live or approved
The asset or profile may appear in public or eligible locked surfaces, subject to continued compliance.
Rejected or removed
The asset or profile is not available publicly and may be retained only for audit, legal, safety, or abuse-prevention purposes.

9. Locked content and private delivery

Locked content must follow the same rules as public previews. Access controls, unlock thresholds, private R2 storage, and signed URLs are not permission to upload illegal, non-consensual, minor-related, misleading, or rights-infringing content.

SkillFans may block delivery, revoke unlock access, remove thumbnails, hide metadata, or take down assets if locked content creates legal, rights, consent, safety, or policy risk.

10. Metadata and presentation rules

All titles, captions, tags, bios, handles, file names, previews, and creator-page text must be accurate and must not:

  • Mislead users about whether content is AI-generated or human.
  • Suggest illegal, minor-related, non-consensual, coerced, or exploitative themes.
  • Use a real person's name, brand, likeness, or identity without authorization.
  • Contain private personal information, threats, harassment, hate content, spam, or external links to prohibited material.
  • Promise payments, financial returns, crypto assets, securities, or benefits that SkillFans does not provide.

11. Reports and moderation

Users may report creators or assets for minor safety, non-consent, rights issues, AI-labeling problems, spam, or other policy concerns. Reports may be submitted anonymously or from an account depending on the surface and technical controls.

Reports enter a risk or moderation queue and may result in manual review, evidence preservation, content restriction, asset rejection, creator pause, creator ban, invite freeze, account action, legal escalation, or dismissal if the report is unsupported or abusive.

12. Enforcement and repeat violations

SkillFans may take action at the content, creator, account, invite, storage, or platform level. Actions may include requesting changes, rejecting content, disabling access, removing public metadata, blocking storage delivery, pausing creators, banning creators, freezing invite codes, restricting accounts, revoking Growth Points or unlocks tied to abuse, and preserving audit logs.

Repeated, severe, or intentional violations may lead to permanent removal from SkillFans and may be reported to service providers, rights holders, safety organizations, law enforcement, or regulators where required or appropriate.

13. Appeals and restoration

If your content is restricted and you believe the action was a mistake, you may contact SkillFans with the creator name, asset ID or URL, reason for appeal, rights information, AI workflow details, and any relevant evidence. SkillFans may review the appeal but is not required to restore content if safety, legal, provider, or policy concerns remain.
